First week home!

We finally made it home, praise GOD!!!!..It has been a great week, the boys loooove their new sister and couldn"t make over her any more than they do!
We did take our girl to the doctor and as we knew she was dehydrated, constapated, and malnurished..At the begining of the week we still couldnt get her to like the bottle, and she would only drink 2 oz......a few days later she went to 3 oz......and now the week is over and she is drinking 4 oz every 2 hours of breastmilk(donated by a friend of a few friends)..and eating baby food..She has made so many improvement in the 2 weeks we have had her.Her milestones are more of a 4 or 5month old than a 9 month old, but we know the lord is healing her, and she will be where she needs to be in no time!!We have more looove for this little girl than you know!...We can't thank the lord enough for this crazy Journey we have been on.His strength keeps us going..Our forever faith in him, in the good times and the hard is well worth it all!!..We wouldn"t change any of these events for anything, as it has made us stronger as husband and wife,as a family, and has made our Faith in the lord deeper than we knew it could be!

Our trip to Taiwan!!!

We headed out of Az on April 22nd.....We arrived late to Taiwan, and Mr.Yeh picked us up and took us to our hotel....Our 2 hour drive to the orphanage on April 26 was the longest drive of our life!..When we finally got our hands on our girl it was the best moment ever, after waiting and watching her grow for 8 months!
We met her tummy mommy and Tiahs Grandfather. It was a emotional time, and we were verry gratefull to get pictures for her as she grows up and has Questions.
Tiah took to us right away and never fussed about us having her...We did have feeding issues from the get go! She acted very unfamiliar to the bottle, and would only drink 1 to 2 oz, but was very fussy to the bottle, but would eat cereal or baby food from a spoon..She wasnt wetting and she was very gasy due to constapation . About the 3rd day after we got her she just wasnt feeling well, and at this point was not eating, or taking a bottle.....Our biggest fear of being in another country and having to take her for medical care was becomming a reality..After going to a medical clinic and then to the hospital we then realized how sick she was..After being looked at they had then realized her mouth and throat was full of painfull sores. So they poked her 3 times to get blood, and finaly getting a IV in, we were told she needed to stay for tests and observation!.....So when we get upstairs to our room with 2 other familys in their with bad coughs, then then tell us her IV is not in and they need to redo it!!!ugh!...So as she was poked 3 more times to get it in(one which a nurse accidentally ripped out) She screamed for the longest 30 minits of my life!..Her daddy stayed in their with her, as I paced, prayed and sobbed in the hallway!...She has no more left in her and fell right to sleep!..She woke several times the first night shaking and screaming in pain....A Dr came in the next morning to tell us she was dehydrated and had Herpeticgingivosis....A form of herpies caused from dirty life style and dirty water...She wanted her to stay another night, we did....They then told us the next day she had tonsilidis, and Bronchidis....We had to tell them she needed help pooping because her poos were verry hard balls..They did a enema, and it was the saddest thing ever to watch her poop out pingpong ball size poops..We later that day were sent back to our hotel with cold medicine for her!!!!crazy!!!!! at this point we couldnt wait to go home, and see a real Dr.!!!!!!

Our girl also had what we first though was grievieng when sleep time came, or had tummy pain, but later we learned she is having sleep terrors. She shakes, jumps, and crys randomly as she sleeps.....We also know that she had been left most of her life in a bassinet on her back..She was spoon fed mostly poorige(soopy rice).

Hello to all! We are new to the blogging thing, so bear with us!.......Oh what a month it has been! Last year went out with a bang, and now this new year still brings us obstacles!..We are focused and ready to bring our baby home!...Lets hope the courts and TWCA go in our favor!....We are awaiting the cival ruling, but now they are concerend if we qualify any longer because Jon just found out he has a 14 year old daughter!!!Nothing legal says she is Legally his yet, but they find this a posing problem........So now as we ALL have watched our angel grow for the last 6 months, and long her comming home to us! They may decide we cannot have her, we have been told....Please pray for us and our angel, that the lord brings her home safely to her family!
